Tessa Masterson Will Go To Prom by Emily Franklin and Brendan Halpin

Amazon / Goodreads

Tessa Masterson Will Go To Prom by Emily Franklin and Brendan Halpin is about Tessa who's best friend Lucas realizes he has feelings for her and asks her to prom. Tessa decides it's finally time to let Lucas know that she is a lesbian, and that she has planned to go to the prom wearing a tailored tuxedo with her female crush. Living in a small town, this plan creates a lot of controversy. Lucas feels betrayed and isn't sure what side to stand on

Tessa Masterson Will Go To Prom is such an awesome read for anyone of any sexuality. I has great message of friendship and acceptance. I loved every word. The characters were fantastically written and the story flowed well, but I would have liked to have read a little bit more about Tessa's girlfriend, Josie. She was just a back ground character, that we don't really read much about.

Overall this was a great read and sends a great message! Highly recommend to young and old
