About Common Good
(via their website)
"common good was born from the idea that we
were using too much plastic. cleaning products, in particular, were
responsible for the large bags of recycling which left our house each
week.
we decided it was time to
rethink how we consume our products. when a bottle will last thousands
of years in landfill and recycling still consumes lots of energy, why
wouldn’t we try to use it as long as possible?
We launched Common Good in
November 2010 with a line of products in simple packaging that is nice
enough to keep. We have designed an easy to use refill container to
encourage customers to reuse their bottles. All of products are
formulated to be safe, green and hardworking.
by creating a way for people to use less packaging, we hope to help create a safer, cleaner world.
by creating a package that is clean and simple, we hope to make a daily chore, a little nicer.

Review:
Common Good Lavender hand soap is wonderful. Not only is it extremely gentle on the hands but its cleans really well. The lavender scent is great and not too overwhelming. What is also great about this hand soap is that a little goes a long way. This is a fantastic long lasting soap that left my hands felling clean. My husband says this is the best hand soap he has ever tried, and I agree!
I also have to mention how wonderful this company is about recycling. You can purchase a product and return the same bottle to a refill location and purchase a refill, instead of wasting another bottle. Unfortunalty, I don't live near a refill location but hopefully that will change soon!
*Special Thanks to Common Good for providing this product in exchange for an honest review
